Period comedy drama in which a family desperately tries to host a successful dinner for a Duke and Duchess, in a bid to climb the social ladder.

Set in 18th century England during pox outbreak and Jacobite uprising, Sir Chauncey and Lady Savage blindly pursue a better life. Their pursuit is filled with ironic decadence and bloodshed. A darkly satirical play on class and power.
