Getting Here
The Centre is situated at the head of the Market Place in Spalding’s town Centre.
By Car
Find your way here using the AA route planner
By Train or Bus
Spalding’s train and bus stations are approximately 5 minutes walk away. If you live in Lincolnshire but are not on a local bus route please contact Call Connect 08452343344 Monday to Saturday from 7am to 7pm for service details.
By Taxi or Call Connect
Drop off or pick up at Market Place right outside the front of the building – except on market days between 10am & 4pm (Tuesdays and Saturdays).
By Water Taxi
Spalding’s Water Taxi generally runs from Easter to late October and journeys between Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre and the jetty situated at the back of the Centre.

Parking
There are no parking facilities at the South Holland Centre.
The nearest public parking is a minute walk away at Broad Street car park pay and display.
Market Place and Vine Street car parks are free after 6pm.

Access
Passenger lift
A passenger lift provides access to all floors of the Centre and there is wheelchair access to all public areas.
Wheelchair users
The auditorium has six bookable spaces for wheelchair users. The Box Office area has a low-raised counter with an integrated seating plan for ease of booking seats. Wheelchair access to the Centre is via a ramp and push button automatic door opening. Disabled toilets are provided on two levels accessible via the passenger lift.
Induction loop
The auditorium is fitted with an induction loop to assist patrons with hearing aids. Please note that this facility is not available for live music events.
Disabled parking
Spaces are available at theBroad Streetcar park close to the Centre.
Language Line
The Centre has access to Language Line where English is not spoken
Booster seats
The Centre has a limited number of booster seats which are available on request

Box Office Opening hours
The South Holland Centre Box Office is open from 9.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Saturday and occasional Sundays.

Visiting with Children
Welcome
Children are very welcome at the South Holland Centre. Films, shows and workshops for children are a regular part of our programme.
Facilities
The Cafe Bar offers high chairs and a special children’s menu. Baby changing facilities are also available. The Centre has a limited amount of booster seats for the auditorium which are available on request.
Auditorium admission
Children aged 10 years or under must be accompanied in the auditorium by an adult aged 16 or above. Admission for under 2s is free of charge when sharing an adult seat. Where a family ticket price is stated, this is for a party of four people which must include at least two under 16s. Proof of age may be requested where age eligibility to rated films is in doubt. Concessions & Groups
Concessions
Where offered, concessions are available for the following people: over 60s, children 16 years and under, full time students and those in receipt of unemployment or long-term sickness benefits (and if incapacity benefit, their carers when accompanying). Concessions are also available for young people under the age of 26 where shown.
Group bookings
Group bookings of 8 or more often attract special ticket rates. Please enquire at the box office.

Refunds
A full refund will be given on tickets returned at least 28 days before the event. If you return your tickets within 28 days of the event, refunds will only be possible when the tickets can be resold.

The South Holland Centre is the district’s Tourist Information point and stocks a wealth of brochures relating to the local area.
